    Place is nice, service is decent but the fact that everything is kept from the client's and you have to ask for everything is anoying. Go berated for grabbing a wooden fork they had forgotten after waiting for 10 minutes in front of the empty cash register.

    The waiting time is always too long ! Especially for Uber orders! They have to be more respectful to their customer’s time in order not to lose them!

    I placed my order through the drive-thru. When I started eating my burger, I noticed that the further I got into it, the more burnt it was. The taste became increasingly bitter and unpleasant. I threw away several burnt pieces because I was trying to keep eating it instead of driving all the way back to ask for a replacement. However, by the time I had eaten about half of the burger, it was impossible to continue because it was so burnt. I went back to the restaurant and showed the burger to the same employee who had taken my order at the drive-thru. He asked if I wanted another burger, and I said yes. A few moments later, he came back and told me that his manager had said they could only offer me an apple turnover instead. I asked what the point was of replacing a burnt burger with a dessert and requested to speak with the manager. The manager came over and repeated that they could only offer me an apple turnover because, according to her, I had already eaten almost the entire burger and there was only one bite left. That was simply not true. About half of the burger was still there. I explained that I had tried to eat it and had thrown away several burnt pieces because I didn’t want to have to come back to the restaurant to complain. She then made a video call to another manager, showed them the burger, and after seeing it, that manager instructed her to replace it. When she came back, she laughed and said she would make me another burger. I asked her why she was laughing. She replied that it was because I had already eaten half of it and was asking for another one. I explained again why I had only half of the burger left, but she kept saying, “I understand.” I told her, “No, you don’t understand. This was my lunch. I had to drive back here because your restaurant served me a burnt burger.” I also asked her, “What exactly are you losing by replacing it?” She replied that she was losing time. I answered that she was making me lose my time as well. When she gave me the replacement sandwich, I opened it in front of her before leaving. She immediately walked away, and I noticed that she had made the wrong burger by adding hot peppers. I told the employee who had originally helped me, and she came back saying, “What’s the problem now?” I explained that she had added hot peppers and that she hadn’t even confirmed which of the two burgers on my receipt needed to be replaced. She said she would make it again. She returned with another burger and asked, “Is it correct now?” I opened it in front of her again, confirmed that it was finally the right one, and left. What upset me the most was not only receiving a burnt burger, but the way I was treated throughout the entire interaction. The manager laughed at me several times, making me feel as though she believed I was only there to get a free burger or that I had nothing better to do. I returned only because the food I paid for was inedible, and I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
