  ​I tried the Original Ramen at Marusan today. The service was excellent. Friendly staff and my food was ready in under 10 minutes. The open kitchen looked very clean and organized. While the presentation was great and the pork was incredibly tender and well-cooked, the broth was a bit too salty for my taste, and the noodles were slightly firmer than I prefer. I also added a seasoned egg for $3, but it lacked flavor and tasted like a regular boiled egg. Overall, it was an acceptable meal with some room for improvement.

  Beaucoup de choix différents pour ceux qui savent pas il veulent quoi , bonne ambiance tamisée, très belle place pour une date quand tu veut essayer des saveur différente au même endroit , seul désavantage est le prix de certains. Il y a plusieurs place avec de très bon prix pour la quantité (l’haïtien) mais certain coûte chère. Cependant la qualité et la saveur sont au rendez-vous . Je recommande

  In general it is decent for the price you are paying. It’s kinda interesting that you can get good quality food from different stores and you can sit with all your family and friends together. It was just a little bit noisy. I recommend going there if you are visiting Montreal. Cheers!

  All of the menus on the units are in French. Most have a QR code to scan for an English menu but this can take a while to load if you are deeper inside the building away from good mobile data signal. If you are a tourist with no mobile date you would not be able to get an English menu. Available food range is quite standard but a big lack of vegetarian options apart from fires or maybe a pasta across all the units. Not even the burger unit had a veggie burger. Seemed to be an insistence on playing background music that was too loud in the venue as well which was unnecessary as it wasn’t particularly over busy. A bit disappointing overall but this seems to be the case for a lot of timeout food halls these days. There was however a nice selection of pop up sellers with tables in on the day we went and it was nice to see their products and bought something from one.

  Writing in English bc it was that bad and I need to articulate myself clearly Yo, that poutine was buns. Like truly truly buns. I’m not even Quebecois and I’m disgusted. I cannot imagine how one of em would feel. Cheese tastes like nothing, gravy was strangely sweet, fries are incredibly limp and made worse by the godawful gravy. I had better poutine at my high school cafeteria. And they use shredded cheese! I don’t think I even ate half of it. At least it was cheap, or I would be really irritated! Chez Simon pls just take poutine off your menu !
