  Terrible services today only for a combo 1 super croq it took freaking 20 minutes, why? The lady is doing the cooking one at a time instead of putting the fries and popcorn with the chicken on the like crazy. Like after she cook the fries that's the only time she will cook the popcorn. Like I waited for another 5 minutes.. this is terrible.. this is not my first time ordering kfc.. terrible..this is the Victoria kfc I use to order..

  I always order the same burger and fries at this kfc location and I've always been satisfied with the quality. The staff are very generous with their portions and attentive and very efficient, one employee in particular was exceptionally kind and modest, even declining tips. On my most recent visit around a week or two, the service was impressively fast, and generally, the wait times are longer but reasonable given the quality of the food but however, I do feel its it is important to include that the surrounding area can feel unsafe, especially at night. I have witnessed certain instances of women being catcalled nearby by some intoxicated individuals hanging around. While this is beyond the control of the restaurant, I believe it is important for visitors to be aware of this for safety reasons but overall, this location offers good food and service, but people should have some level of caution when visiting after dark.

  I paid 40$ on uber eats just to recive the smallest 10 pieces of tenders ever known to man!!! They make it seem like they’re huge on the photos but they’re tiny in reality….. avoid! They’re just a bunch of scammers and the food isn’t even good.

  Very professional staff , Iyah made sure all of the chicken pieces were fresh when i called and asked in advance. Very curteous and made sure i had everything i needed and on time . Will be back to this location soon

  11pm I'm all for people having fun at work... but it took 15 minutes to get our order out. The staff was screaming in the back, and when we got home we realized our order was all wrong 😭😭😭
