I placed an order expecting the basics, but they didn’t even have chicken available, which is honestly the main reason anyone goes to KFC. On top of that, the preparation time was extremely long, with no clear communication or updates about the delay. It felt like a complete waste of time. If you’re going to keep customers waiting, at least make sure you have your core items in stock. Definitely needs better management and organization.
