  Honnêtement, le KFC sur Jarry Est à Montréal est probablement une des pires expériences fast-food que j’ai eues. On dirait qu’il y a zéro contrôle qualité. Les boissons demandées sont souvent pas les bonnes, les frites arrivent presque toujours froides, molles, sans sel et loin d’être croustillantes 🍟. Quand on demande des oignons 🧅, ils en mettent à peine quelques morceaux. Le pire, c’est que j’ai déjà payé extra pour une grosse frite (7.99$) et j’ai reçu un mini paquet à moitié rempli… sérieusement ? Ce qui est fou, c’est que ce KFC est à 5-10 minutes de chez moi, mais les commandes arrivent froides 🥶. Pendant ce temps, quand je commande de plus loin comme St-Hubert (20-25 min), tout arrive chaud, bien emballé et beaucoup mieux préparé. 😂 Il faudrait vraiment améliorer le service et la qualité parce que ça donne juste envie de commander ailleurs.

  I've been coming to this KFC quite often for several years, but unfortunately, I had a very bad experience a few days ago. I placed a pickup order, and when I arrived, the restaurant was closed, even though it said it had been open for an hour. The sign at the entrance showed different hours than Google Maps, so I don't know which is correct. The employee opened the restaurant very reluctantly, and the staff only started opening after an hour. When I asked about my order, unfortunately, they hadn't prepared it, and I was late for class because of it. I've been coming to this KFC since I was a kid and have never had a bad experience; on the contrary, I've always been welcomed, but I don't know what to think about this situation.

  Service was good. Atmosphere was chill, was able to eat peacefully. Got home and felt sick too my stomach. I felt it oddly after taking a few bites. I ordered the mini chicken burgers and boy was it dry. The bun was mushed and just put together without care. The fries tasted like they sat outside at room temperature for 1 to 3 days. Stale and dry. As for the soda, well let me say when I was about to fill my cup up, I met a few flying little bugs and that came out of the spouts of the soda machine. They were on the counter feasting on all that stickiness that was not wiped down Overall... Ya I ain't coming back.
