  I had one of the worst breakfasts ever here and it cost $50!! Absolutely ridiculous. Their "Quebecois" breakfast came with 2 super thin slices of bacon totally overcooked like you'd expect at a really cheap hotel buffet, the potatoes were just from frozen and not cooked through, then they sprinkled on some parsley and called it a day. Good news is it came with some stale bread and a plate of mini jam jars that someone had already opened one of. It also took 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Do not go to this restaurant, they clearly don't care about their food or their guests. Four seasons should not have them in their hotel.

  We recently hosted a private event at Marcus, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional! From start to finish, the food was exquisite, and the service was truly top notch (attentive, seamless, and warm). Everything was executed flawlessly, perfectly reflecting the high standard of luxury you expect from the Four Seasons. Our entire group was thoroughly impressed. Thank you to the incredible team for making our event so memorable!

  We had a horrible experience here! I ordered the Quebec breakfast set and waited ages and ages for our drinks to come (they served us food before they served us the drinks which we had to ask for 3 times before they were brought to us) - same was the case with our neighbours. Then I realized they served me my orange juice just the hote tea even though both beverages were part of the meal and we payed for it. The croissant was stale and the sausage was overcooked. Can’t believe this is the four seasons!

  Cons: Unimpressive food. Everyone at our table disliked their dishes (chicken & salmon). The olive oil was tasteless. The bread was cold. Subpar service. I was told there was “definitely” gin in my drink that was clearly made with tequila. Not sure how my server would know what was in my drink if I tasted it and he didn’t. The drink didn’t even look the same as my brother’s, which is what I asked for, a gin cocktail. Pretty significant wait time between drinks, appetizers, main course and even water refills. Music was way too loud at times and I could barely hear the people at our table speaking. Confusing valet set up too. Overall, extremely underwhelming for the price. Pros: Beautiful restaurant (especially the bathrooms), solid DJ, and good drinks (when they get the order right). Also, they remembered that there was a birthday at the table from the reservation and gave us a complimentary dessert with sparkler. Truffle fries were the only good dish for the entire night.

  We had an exceptional experience at Marcus while celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We had made a special request for our dinner, and the staff went above and beyond to make the evening memorable. The two seafood towers were absolutely spectacular — beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and even more impressive with the lobster and caviar we added. The attention to detail was outstanding. What really made the evening special, though, was the service. Everyone was attentive, professional, warm, and clearly understood that this was an important occasion for us. The dessert presentation with the sparkler was such a thoughtful finishing touch and made the celebration feel even more special. A sincere thank you to the entire Marcus and Four Seasons Montréal team for the extra care and attention you gave to our requests. You helped turn our anniversary dinner into a truly memorable experience. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional food, beautiful presentation, and outstanding service for a special occasion.
