  On March 6, I ordered 2 4 piece meals through kfc app at around 5:40 pm. I arrive at the store at around 6 to find the lights completely off. The employees tell me they lost power hours prior, I have no clue why they decided to keep accepting orders while theres a power outage: i ask how to get the refund they tell me to contact support within the app, which I did. They tell me they apologize for the inconvenience and that I will receive a refund withiin 10 business days. 10 business days pass, so I reach out again and they apologize again and that they were on vacation and tell meagain i will receive my refund in 10 business days(they told me this twice; they were lying both times??). Fast forward to may 6th I’ve yet to receive my refund and it’s been well over 20 business days so I reach out to them again on April 26 and I’ve yet to hear anything from them. KFC is this how you treat your loyal customers? This is beyond unprofessional

  Je regrette mais habituellement j’ai un service exemplaire. Aujourd’hui j’ai été servi par une personne avec très peu de considération. La facture 35$ bouffe froide frites froides, sandwich avec trop de condiments j’en avais plus sur les doigts. Quand c’est le monsieur il Ne parle pas français. Vraiment, je pense que c’est assez!!!

  I spent 80$ tonight on this food this how my chicken looks it looks like it fail on the floor and they just swap it up and put it back in the bucket we called the store they wanted nothing to do didn’t offer any help very poor services
