A experiência estava a correr bem até ao momento de pagar, o restaurante já tem um preço elevado mas correrem a trás dos clientes a reclamar e serem virulentos porque não decidimos deixar uma gorjeta é inacreditável! Queixarem se dos salários baixos, esse problema não é do cliente mas sim do funcionário e da empresa - ainda para mais o serviço do funcionário não foi nada de excelente para impor uma gorjeta ! A gorjeta é algo voluntário para recompensar / agradecer caso contrário deixa de ser gorjeta e passa a ser um serviço !

Le pire service que j’ai reçu depuis longtemps.
Nous avions une réservation pour cinq personnes un dimanche. Comme nous arrivions de différents endroits de la ville, certains membres de notre groupe avaient quelques minutes de retard. Malgré notre réservation, on nous a refusé notre table tant que tout le monde n’était pas arrivé.
Nous avons alors demandé si nous pouvions au moins prendre un verre en attendant. Refus catégorique. Ce qui est encore plus incompréhensible, c’est qu’il y avait plus de sept tables libres à ce moment-là et que nous étions à l’heure de notre réservation, pour célébrer un anniversaire.
Le problème n’est pas seulement leur politique, que je trouve inutilement rigide, mais surtout l’attitude des hôtesses. Leur manque de courtoisie, d’empathie et de professionnalisme nous a complètement découragés.
Nous avons finalement quitté les lieux pour aller manger chez Olive et Gourmando, où nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et avons reçu un service à la clientèle exemplaire.
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement. Un minimum de flexibilité et de respect envers les clients ferait toute la différence. Ne perdez pas votre temps et argent dans cette établissement.

I went there for the first time and it was amazing 👌🏾✨ I had a great time with my friends and our waitress Melodie was excellent, kind and also funny✨♥️ (girl keep being you☺️). The food was excellent! Shout out to the chef 👨🍳 who accepted to give me my extra fries 🍟😂😂🤭 really appreciate you🙏🏾✨ I really recommend this place for cute hangout, date nights or just a girls talk!

We came to RH to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and it was such a wonderful experience. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous, every detail of the space is breathtaking and creates such an elegant atmosphere.
What truly made our evening special was the outstanding service from Linda. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. She gave us great recommendations, made sure we had everything we needed, and genuinely made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of.
From the beautiful ambiance to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations!

I came to this place despite seeing multiple negative reviews because I wanted to give it a fair chance. Unfortunately, I completely understand now why they keep receiving bad reviews.
The issue was not even the policy itself — businesses can make their own rules. The problem was the lack of proper communication and the poor customer experience. I came in wanting to have drinks, and I was told I could not sit unless I ordered food because they do not have a bar area. However, this was explained in a confusing and dismissive way rather than professionally.
Not everyone who walks into a place is looking for a full meal. Some people want drinks, a bottle, or simply to enjoy the atmosphere. Instead of making customers feel welcomed, I felt like I was being turned away and treated like I was an inconvenience.
Customer service starts with communication, and unfortunately this experience was disappointing from the beginning. Looking at the reviews now, I should have listened.
