L’histoire commence dans la région de Joliette, où fut ouverte la première rôtisserie de la famille Benny, en 1960. Une idée simple : offrir à la clientèle des repas de qualité savoureux et économiques, au comptoir pour emporter ou à la livraison. Forte de ce premier succès, l’entreprise s’installe rapidement sur la Rive-Sud en ouvrant une première succursale à Saint-Lambert. Celle-ci connaît tellement de succès que ses locaux deviennent vite trop petits pour répondre à la demande. Le déménagement et l’ouverture de cinq nouvelles succursales au fil des ans témoignent du succès de la marque et de son attachement pour la Rive-Sud. Depuis les débuts, la recette du succès relève de trois principes fondamentaux : qualité, quantité et service.
