    Très long, service web pénalisé quand il y a beaucoup de clients, la fille nous regarde comme si on est des problèmes alors qu'on attend depuis 30 minutes. Une employée a carrément dit, ça parait qu'ils ont jamais travaillé dans le domaine, alors qu'on a juste demandé pourquoi l'application marque prêt à ramasser et que la commande n'est pas prête.
