- MMmegan madoreMay 10, 20261.0J’ai commandé un Grand Club Subway via DoorDash et mon sandwich était complètement mal fait. Il manquait le jambon, il y avait seulement 4 morceaux de concombre dans un 12 pouces, et ce n’était même pas le bon fromage. Je suis ensuite allée au Subway pour faire corriger la commande, mais le service a été vraiment désagréable. La dame refusait de m’écouter et me répétait simplement de m’arranger avec DoorDash. Elle disait que le sandwich était correct et que je devais repayer pour en avoir un autre. Le plus inquiétant, c’est qu’elle affirmait être la gérante. Avec une attitude comme ça envers les clients, c’est vraiment décevant. Très mauvaise expérience autant pour la qualité de la commande que pour le service à la clientèle. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet endroit.
