  Je suis venue hier 4 mars , sincèrement révisée votre caissière d’une attitude désagréable et condescendante. J’ai demander une slush elle me charge un large givre Misty .. je bois même pas cela , un drink à 10$ jetée au poubelle car j’aime pas la crème glacée mélangée à ma slush … j’ai voulu échanger et vraiment elle étais arrogante rien a été réglée et je suis déçue. Sincèrement évitée ce dairy queen aussi longtemps qui aura pas de changement .. désagréable et ne respecte pas les commandes. Après des années de fidélité j’ai terminée avec dairy queen du carrefour.

  Dear Dairy Queen, I just had the worst experience I ever had at your store at Carrefour Laval. I don’t know if somebody forced the lady out of her own will to go to work, but I’ve rarely faced disrespect and attitude like this. I’m not even asking for a smile or a “thank you, have a great day”. but the bare minimum would be to leave the ice cream on the counter, not slide it so fast that it almost fell and she turned her back on me. Mind you, she charged me and didn’t look to confirm that everything was paid. she left with the same attitude she gave off at the beginning, no bills in my hand and a what so called blizzard that was already melting and not even completely filled. I just had to share my side. I’m not a fan, just a long time customer and I know you “value” your customer’s opinion.
