  Le 18 mai 2026 soir. Nous etions au Fairmont quelques jours, nous avons tester le Saint Hubert take out pour changer. Excellente experience. rapide, bien exécuté, personnel au take out super sympathique. Meme chose à la cuisine pour recuperer la commande. En plus, 15% de rabais client hotel. Je recommande 100%. Merci pour le travail.

  This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had, and it felt like clear racial discrimination. We stood at the entrance for about 20 minutes with no service at all. No greeting, no explanation, nothing. Multiple staff members saw us but chose to ignore us completely. The only interaction we received was a staff member pointing at us and gesturing for us to keep waiting, without saying a single word. As Asian customers, we could not help but feel that we were being treated differently. Watching others receive normal service while we were left standing there, hungry and ignored, was extremely uncomfortable and upsetting. This was not just poor service — it felt disrespectful and discriminatory. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  We were staying at the Manoir Richelieu up on the St Lawrence River. The hotel also has a casino and within that there is a St. Hubert chicken restaurant - we hadn't yet taken our friends to a St. Hubert, so tonight was the night. Their service is awful: very badly designed with very slow staff, who can't cope when something goes wrong. For the sit-down restaurant you have to queue at the door, place your order, then go and find a seat, and pick your food up when bleeped. The woman taking the orders was extremely slow and then the credit card reader went wrong: all she did was keep doing the same thing over and over again! I advised her to use the other credit card reader - she did - it worked! Durr! I eventually got to order: - Half rack of ribs + roast chicken breast, fries, vegetables, coleslaw, bread, gravy Followed by their delicious (and ever so sweet!): - Chômeur Pudding When we got the food it was very good - usual St. Hubert standard.   Nous avons mangé dans ce Saint-Hubert style cafétéria. Le service et la nourritute était très bonne.

  Je ne sais pas si être désagréable est un pré-requis pour vos barmaid mais il serait temps d'avoir un petit caucus pour connaître la définition d'un service. Je ne les mets pas toutes dans le même bateau. J'ai eu la chance de rencontrer Annick qui était superbe mais les autres faudrait leur inclure une formation sourire et comment avoir de la façon avec les gens.
