  This is my 4th time visiting the store, and I am still happy with my order and the customer service. The two men who made my order were really nice and welcoming. Despite the rating, this Thai Express is by far the best experience I’ve had. I would recommend all locals and non-locals to go to this franchise; the quality, the freshness, and the warm atmosphere were exceptional! Really recommend this place for a quick bite!

  I never write reviews but i actually can’t make this up. I ordered a chili tamarin shake a bowl (it’s supposed to be served cold, like a salad), and I received something completely different. I’m not even sure what they served me was on the menu. It was hot noodles with sauce, carrots and broccoli - which is not at all mentioned in the description of what I ordered. When I mentioned to them that this isn’t what I ordered, they kept insisting that it was (mind you the receipt literally said ‘shake a bowl’). I mentioned that it was supposed to be served cold as the description of what I ordered mentioned that it was a salad, and the person behind the counter responded saying “it’s better hot”. I’m not sure if the issue here is a lack of understanding or miscommunication, but if they didn’t have the stuff to make it then they could have just said that, and I would have picked another option. This also isn’t the first time something like this has happened, and i’m really disappointed with the experience. I’ve never had a poor experience at a Thai express other then at this location, literally go anywhere else.

  This is definitely one of the better Thai Express locations. Ordered Pad Sew and Pad Thai. Both portion was huge and tasted good. The owner’s service and attitude were amazing. They were super friendly and nice to us.
