  Food is always good, if u pickup on time. We ordered wings today online, which were not available but the front and back staff accommodated us with similar food items in replacement. Appreciate the effort, thanks 👍

  I honestly wished i could put a zero star. My fiance and I just gone through the most embarrassing experience we ever had from we assume the manager of this kfc. We ordered our food at 5pm from the online app. when we arrive our order wasnt ready they said it will take 5 minutes which is understandable. so we waited until 5:45 and it wasnt done yet. but we saw other customers who came after us and ordered after us were getting their food before us. So we wondered and ask if our order would be ready since we've been waiting for a long time. So the cashier was understanding and saw the order time and totally understood we waited for a long time so he wanted to compensate us. but then, the manager came in and give us the bag without the compensation so we were like oh theres not the large fried as promise. Not only did she not apologize she rudely said no, we told her that the cashier had mention to us that we would be compensate for the long wait time. She then proceeds to tell her employee "well you didn't talk to me so we will take out of your meal what do you want?" This is the most unprofessional way to deal with a situation and treat your employees ... meaning he wont eat his supper? We feel bad for the worker so we just said if you guys give us large fries as promise we will be fine and we will on our way.. she then proceed to just dump our fries in the bag and say not to ever come here. Just to let you know this is not the first time that this happened that we have waited a long time but before the worker or boss took care of it with respect and apologize. THIS SITUATION could have been avoided if only she apologized. If she simple had apologize we wouldn't have wanted any compensation. This was truly the most ridiculous thing I have ever went through in my life. Its not only embarrassing to us but to the workers who were are clearly afraid of her and when we asked for her name no one wanted to answer... please never go to this kfc you will regret it I wish I could reach out to more people! As a final note the food was terrible and soggy, full of oil.

  never gonna come back here again worst staff with worst hygiene just want to talk no care about someone is waiting to get food making with no cleaniness worst experience here never gonna come back no work ethics among the just want to talk and its the advice for all too

  What a scam this place... hadn't been to KFC in a long time... Decided to take on offer for 2 for 1 (or buy 1 get 1 free) on Uber Eats - buyer beware! I ordered. The don't offer the regular size fries, you need to upgrade for an additonal fee to large fries. Same thing for drinks, no fountain, you need to pay for additonal bottled drinks. Says they are both out of stock, how convenient (sarcastic) - essemtially trying to undercut the promotion. When i get my order, both drinks are not the ones I paid additonal fees for. The fries are the regular,aybe the small ones. And the sauces I asked were not the ones either. And on top of that, the food was horrible, breading was mushy, not crispy at all. STAY AWAY. Never again KFC.

  Pros: 1) Location is good It’s near the highway. And the main boulevard. 2) It looks nice and modern. 3) The guy who spoke perfect English and French. Thanks for the service. God Bless you. Cons: 1) They messed up my order. I asked for coleslaw and they gave me fries. 2) The floors were a little sticky and saw some stains near the cash register. 3) There was a kiosk to order by screen. That was not working or operated yet. 4) No RECEIPTS given whatsoever. 5) The door was a little hard to pull. 6) I saw a mosquito fly by. So maybe there could be a bug problem. 7) Out of Coleslaw when we came today. Conclusion: The food was good. I love the Gravy the Corn that they gave. The chicken some were small unlike previous years. A little bit pricey for me. I may or not comeback but for now. I am indifferent for KFC and this location. God Bless you 🫵. God Thank you 🙏.
