- SMSergio MomessoJun 30, 20265.0I got in line to order when there was only one customer in front of me. But soon after, a rush developed. Before we could figure what was happening, some 10 clients got in after me. When it was my turn to order and the cashier finished with the previous client, while pointing out at the crowd that had just appeared, she said to the new employee something along the line: "Look at what's happening in front. Get another dressing station opened quick." It was obvious that this was a new employee. It did take a while after to serve these customers and "catch up" but this is one step towards training appropriately new crew members. I would like to commend this cashier for her insight Her name is Nadou. Thanks Harvey's. And keep it up: your neighboring McDonald's here in Hull should be very VERY weary... and take some advice from you. Their service and food are just not recommendable anymore.

Otherwise the service could be better since they seem like they couldnt care less about certain services not working. Otherwise, the dining experience was quiet and perfect for conversation.
