  I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed a mobile order specifically to minimize any potential communication difficulty, but when I arrived, the attendant was rude and insisted on speaking only French for an extended period. Eventually, another customer had to help translate, even though the attendant later appeared fully capable of communicating in English. I understand and respect that Quebec is a French-speaking province, and businesses must be able to serve customers in French. However, customers who initiate communication in English can be accommodated at the business’s discretion, and basic courtesy should apply regardless of language. Unfortunately, the food was also below standard. The chicken tasted stale and seemed as though it had been reheated multiple times; it had lost its texture and shape. Overall, the service and food quality made this a very frustrating visit. I hope management addresses both customer service and food freshness

  Incredible service. The guy gave us good sized portions and always with a smile. Incredible service once again beats every fast food out there 10/10. Thanks again to Aymen for this great service, doing all the work alone on this busy night.

  The secretly charge you more money for "extras". When i asked about the extra charge, the guy said...were out of the small fries...the person serving the food puts fries in the small bag. When i asked him he sais...oh. give her more fries. No. I didnt request extra fries... ALWAYS check the receipt. They legit are trying to steal from people. Food is also super greasy and must have gone rotten as it gave me digestive issues. Never again

  On ne m'a pas donné mon breuvage. Donc en plus de me voler avec ma commande on me vole sur le pepsi. 3 petits filets de poulet, 1/2 salade de macaroni et 5 boules de poulet pop corn presque $25. Du vrai vol

  Pire resto à vie! N’allez jamais là! C’est dégueulasse. J’appelle la madame pour lui faire part de mon mécontentement et elle me manque de respect. En plus, elle n’est même pas capable de me répondre correctement en français. On est au Québec, icitte! Vraiment, pire resto à vie. N’allez jamais là-bas, jamais!
