- MTMarc TremblaySep 22, 20265.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We always have a great experience at Thai Express in Aylmer. The manager and the lady who works at the counter are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We come here often enough that they know our order as soon as we walk in, which is always a nice touch! What really stands out is their customer service. On the rare occasion something hasn’t met our expectations, they’ve always made it right immediately and gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Great food, great service, and genuinely great people. This is definitely our go-to Thai Express in the area. Highly recommend!

The fried chicken was pre-fried so no longer crispy, which made me sad. 😔 Seats were particularly dirty, time to deep clean or change it. Anyone would agree it’s simply disgusting. Very average, would expect something better and standardized from a franchise. Update: Then they contacted me to ask me to fill a form, only to do nothing about it. Paying for a promise to maybe vaguely improve in the future is a waste of my time and energy. Updated to one star. Absolutely not recommended.
