  Aujourd’hui j’ai vécu le pire service client de toute ma vie. Un Monsieur du nommé Maxim s’est permis de mal me parler en me crachant dessus au point de me dire de dégager. J’ai demandé à voir le gérant il me dit qu’il est gérant pour me faire comprendre que c’est lui qui prend les décisions…

  Went through the drive through for a small McFlurry… waited at the speaker I drove up to for several minutes all while several other cars coming through on the other speaker were ordering without issue… after 4 cars went ahead of me despite me being first, I ended up just driving through to the first window (thinking maybe the mic was broken) in efforts of placing my order. The clerk was immediately rude, and stand offish, and told me that I have to order at the speaker.. when I tried to explain to him why I didn’t, he just cut me off and started repeating to go around and order at the speaker, and said he can’t take an order at the window (despite it only being one singular thing)… I just left after that that... very odd interaction. Logged on to make this review and noticed the 2.7 ⭐️… not surprised at all now… very odd, and stand off crew working there. If management cared for a tip, they should clear the roster and start fresh. As far as what I’m seeing from the reviews, nothing but bitter people and disappointed customers here.

  Went in the drive threw for 2 DIET COKES the simplest order ever. however their are two microphones and the same lane kept having their orders taken and not ours. After being repeatedly passed about 4 times I drove up to the window to say it was for two diet cokes and explained the microphone wasn’t taking our order after we waited and waited. The employee immediately became hostile lying that he couldn’t take our order and told us he would call the police if we didn’t move after we just tried to explain the situation. Told us to go back around and wait another 20 mins. Absolutely ridiculous.

  just like most McDonald's food is okay but can be inconsistent at times such as cold fries or fries that are not as fresh same thing with the burgers the nuggets for the most part its usually fresh but it can be inconsistent
