  I had a terrible experience with a pre-order birthday cake at this location. I have ordered many cakes from DQ in the past and never had an issue but this time it was Horrible. I went in with a photo of what I wanted on the cake and ordered a blizzard birthday cake. Initially the worker told me they could not make the blizzard I wanted but then called his supervisor and confirmed to me that it was no problem and they would get the blizzard for me. I gave him the photo and I also emailed him a copy of the photo and asked him to put it on the cake, he charged me extra for this but I was fine with it. The next day someone called me from the store and told me that they could not make the blizzard that I wanted and asked me if I wanted a different one. I didn’t know what to do as it was coming close to when I needed the cake so I told him to make a different blizzard flavor. I was confused because I had ordered the blizzard flavour many times in the past and even told them that in store and on the telephone. The next day I called another DQ store and they confirmed that they could make me the blizzard flavour that I wanted with no issues. I didn’t know what to do since I really want the original flavor, and then decided thatI I wanted to cancel my original order so I called them but they told me they had already made the cake And would not refund me anything. I suppose it’s my fault because I paid in advance and I shouldn’t have but now I have learned my lesson and I never will again.I went to the store to pick up the cake and it looked so bad I didn’t know what to do. The photo on top of the cake was fine but for some weird reason they put icing in a circle on top of the image. I told him the cake is not useable because you cannot see the image anymore. At first they argued me telling me that you could still see the image but it was clear that you could not. Then they tried to say it was my fault for not giving them a picture but I reminded them that I handed them a piece of paper with the photo as well as emailing them. After that they said that I should’ve given better instruction and I was livid because I told them why would you even think to put icing across the image?! Finally,They offered to remove the image for me from the cake and then charge me to print another one! I told him I already paid extra to have the image so please just take it off the cake and give me a refund for the image. They refuse to give me a refund for the image that they printed and then damaged, telling me that they already paid to print the image! I told them that it’s not my fault they printed the image and then damaged it on the cake.I left there with a blank cake with the blizzard flavor I hadn’t originally ordered and no apology, refund or recompense. I will never order from this store again, the customer service was horrible the entire time. The people working there do not know what is going on or what is available.

  I pay extra to have it dipped and i get it looking like this. The dipping is sooo thin. What is this?? The girl who works is nice but she doesn’t know to work! Let alone the time she took to go in the back to do i don’t know what. Mind you there was no one in the store. This is inacceptable I’m not coming back
