  Le McDo du boulevard d'Anjou à Châteauguay sert du café tiède ou froid et ce n'est pas la première fois En ce qui me concerne c'est la dernière fois que je commande un café à cet endroit

  Burger patties in the quarter pound were very dry and not hot. Staff, all teenagers, seemed confused and arguing among themselves. Many clients were waiting for orders that got lost. If you like McDonalds, go to a different branch.

  I ordered online via the McDonald’s app, when I pulled up to the drive thru, the girl on the mic spoke French but my boyfriend doesn’t understand French so he asked her if she could speak English and she kept on asking him in French, I got frustrated and said can you just ask him in English please she proceeded to say, a Big Mac? Did I say a Big Mac? No! My boyfriend and I got frustrated with her so we drove to the window.We pulled up to the window it was a different girl I told her that I had placed a mobile order on the app and I have to pick it up at the drive thru she said perfect they will give you your order at the next window, we drove up to the next window and I said it is a mobile order on the app and the guy proceeded to say we don’t have it on the system, what do you mean you don’t have it in the system, I told him that the girl at drive thru told me to proceed at the next window for my order, then he kept on telling me he doesn’t have it in the system so then the manager came up and said what is your order, thankfully he brought it up from the system and give me my order. This owner needs new employees who speak both English and French not just both languages, an employee who knows to do their job correctly and lastly not waste my time because I will not be coming back here ever again. I hope this owner reads this and hopefully can improve.
