- POPhilippe Otis6 days ago1.0Expérience plutôt décevante chez Subway aujourd’hui. Le service était très ordinaire et plusieurs ingrédients étaient manquants. On nous a expliqué qu’il n’y avait plus certaines viandes disponibles, donc impossible d’avoir du pepperoni et nous avons dû prendre de la dinde à la place du jambon. Ensuite, au moment des condiments, on nous mentionnait que pour un six pouces, la quantité d’olives était très limitée (environ quelques olives seulement) et qu’il était impossible d’en ajouter davantage sans frais supplémentaires. Résultat : le sous-marin avait vraiment l’air très simple et peu garni. Malheureusement, l’expérience client n’était pas au rendez-vous aujourd’hui et nous sommes repartis déçus. Donc, pour cette visite, nous n’étions pas satisfaits du service reçu.
