Il y avait un jeune homme grand châtain il s’est proposé pour aider ma mère âgée ce qui à été très gentil de sa part! J’aimerais beaucoup connaître son nom pour pouvoir le remercier correctement, parce qu’il mérite vraiment d’être souligné!
- GGGinetteMay 10, 20261.0À Candiac, réservation pour 18:30 4 personnes. Sommes arrivées à 18:25. 25 minutes plus tard aucune serveuse n’était venue nous voir. J’ai été au bar pour qu’on nous envoie une serveuse. 5 minutes plus une serveuse se présente en excuses. Nous commandons nos breuvages et repas. Après un autre 15 minutes d’attente, seulement une des convives reçoit sa soupe, alors qu’il y en avait 2, et seulement 3 salades de chou au lieu de 4. Et toujours pas reçu nos breuvages, même pas de verres d’eau. Quand les repas arrivent finalement, il y a un qui n’est pas tel que commandé. Cette personne a reçu son repas alors que les 3 autres avaient terminé de manger. Pour nous dédommager, il nous on offert un rabais total de 8$ sur une facture de 182$. Ils ont carrément ri de nous

Before leaving feedback for the Uber Eats driver, I checked the order status and noticed that the driver does his job. It appears that the restaurant does not prioritize online orders the same way they do walk-in customers, which causes unnecessary delays for delivery orders. I would appreciate better management of online orders to ensure timely service for all customers.
- MMMaxMay 1, 20261.0I had ordered the lunch combo for delivery. It included the cream of chicken soup. I choked on some bones unexpectedly in the soup. Called the company, and their HQ gave me a replacement meal on the house. I went in person to claim the meal at a later date, the person I spoke to was either the manager or owner, and she began to patronize me and treat me like a piece of crap fishing for a free meal!? I've since boycotted St-Hubert. Plenty of better rotisseries in the area that actually treat their customers well.
