  We visited this location for lunch around 2:00 p.m. and placed our order through the app before arriving. When we walked in, we noticed two employees sitting at a table in the dining room, chatting and seemingly having a pleasant time. We approached the counter and had to tell the employee twice that we had already ordered through the app. We decided to dine in, but it was surprisingly difficult to find a clean table. At this point, it is important to mention that the two employees were still sitting and chatting. It’s disappointing because the dining area should have been cleaned before they took the time to sit down, especially considering there were only two other customers eating when we arrived and the restaurant was very quiet. As for the food, the chicken was good, but it looked soggy and lacked the crispy texture we expected. To make matters worse, they were out of both coleslaw and macaroni salad, two major staples of the franchise, which is simply unbelievable. Most of the soft drinks also seemed to be out of syrup, as they all tasted watered down. When we left, the dirty tables still had not been cleaned. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and attention to basic customer service overshadowed what could have been a much better experience.
