Lors de mon interaction avec lui, j’ai eu l’impression d’être traité de façon irrespectueuse et complètement inappropriée. Le service que j’attendais m’a été refusé et, en plus, j’ai été insulté pendant l’échange. Je comprends parfaitement qu’un service puisse être refusé dans certaines situations, mais il y a une énorme différence entre expliquer calmement une décision et manquer de respect à un client. Même lorsqu’il y a un désaccord, on peut communiquer de manière professionnelle et respectueuse. Ce qui me dérange le plus dans cette situation, ce n’est donc pas seulement le refus du service, mais surtout la façon dont j’ai été traité. Je trouve ça inacceptable de se faire insulter alors qu’on essaie simplement d’obtenir un service. Je laisse cette évaluation parce que je pense que les clients devraient être traités avec respect, même lorsqu’une situation ne se déroule pas comme prévu. J’espère sincèrement que cette situation sera prise au sérieux et que les interactions avec les clients seront à l’avenir beaucoup plus professionnelles. Étant diabétique, je ne peux pas me permettre ce genre de plaisir trop souvent. Mais lorsque je décide de me gâter, c’est presque toujours chez Five Guys : un petit cheeseburger bacon accompagné de leurs fameuses frites assaisonnées. L’ambiance est toutefois très bruyante, entre la musique rétro et l’achalandage souvent important. Si vous cherchez un endroit calme pour relaxer, ce n’est probablement pas le meilleur choix. Enfin, si vous êtes allergique aux arachides, passez votre tour. Il y en a absolument partout. Je me demande d’ailleurs si cette tradition disparaîtra un jour, puisqu’elle doit certainement priver l’enseigne d’une bonne partie de sa clientèle potentielle.
