- JMJeremy Mercer3 days ago1.0The lady who made my drink told me the 3G energy does not have caffeine. Their website says it has 120mg caffeine. Don’t lie to me.

Their online/app system somehow created the order for Escondido instead. I showed the staff and they were equally perplexed, but did nothing. I didn't have 40 minutes to go waste picking it up from Escondido. So basically Jamba Juice stole my money and didn't make me a smoothie. I contacted Jamba customer service in the app, which was abysmal. The first time they didn't even respond so I submitted another request and they responded 1 MONTH later and said they couldn't do anything hahahah. Honestly, I don't think I could get worse customer service even if I tried. No worries Jamba, I understand how to make things right. At some point in the future I'll return and place a very large order, then dispute it with my credit card.
