  i keep trying to order online for delivery but no matter where i order, whether it’s the website, a delivery platform, or the app itself, it keeps getting cancelled. this genuinely got me questioning if the store staff is cancelling my order or not because idk what’s going on

  So. Where we live, unfortunately our orders go to this location, even though there’s a closer location…. Every single order we’ve had, either delivered or picked up, have come with a world of issues…. From the driver 100% lying that the order was delivered… then to call me and tell me she’s the only driver and she’ll get in trouble because it’s taking too long… to a delivery that was completely someone else’s order, just yo be told by the location to come and pick up our correct order. Another time, we ordered for delivery, 1 later … no Update, so o called the store…. Oh sorry we are too busy “you can just cancel the order”…. We ordered 10 pies for a child’s bday party. I had to go to Costco just to make sure the kids had pizza for their pizza party. This last experience just topped it off…. Pizzas never showed up, the ‘new general manager’ advised he would send them asap and credit me for a future order and comp this order. Welp so funny how when he comp the current order the next order he promised was now gone off my account/app. I really wish I wasn’t zoned to this store. I’ll just drive to Mira Mesa location or order from Lucadia pizza and pay more for better and faster service
