  Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pizza and 16-piece Parmesan bites. The food was undercooked and doughy. I politely asked an employee named Jordan to fix it. Instead of helping, he became aggressive, threw the food in the trash in front of me, and refused a refund, telling me to leave the store. This is unacceptable customer service. I’m not complaining about the food, but about the disrespectful behavior. I hope management takes action

  I ordered a medium Extravaganzza. The pizza dough was not fully cooked. The slices do not have to be perfect but they somehow managed to cut a slice that was practically all crust and about 3 inches long on one side. I guess not centering the cut and the crust bubbling pushed the sauce, toppings, etc. I will order from them once more unless I get sick from the pizza today.

  A coworker visited Domino's Pizza yesterday and had an extremely disturbing experience. She was wrongly accused of stealing, denied any opportunity to explain, and had her pizza thrown in the trash by an employee before being told to leave. What makes this worse is that staff refused to listen to her side at all and immediately treated her like she had done something wrong. Accusing customers without proof and responding with humiliation instead of professionalism is unacceptable. Based on this experience alone, I would seriously question how customers are treated at this location.

  This Domino’s Pizza location is the WORST. While approaching the store, I heard an employee treating a family in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manner. They were talking so loud that from what I heard, there was a misunderstanding regarding drinks. The family initially picked up two sodas but returned one before attempting to pay. Despite this, the employee became aggressive, raised his voice, used inappropriate language, and accused them of stealing without properly verifying the situation. He then proceeded to throw away their food, which was shocking and upsetting. This interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and could have been handled calmly and respectfully. Regardless of any misunderstanding, no customer should be treated in such a degrading way. I now choose not to enter or support this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, reviews any available footage, and ensures employees are trained to handle situations with professionalism, respect, and fairness. That guy should NOT be working there! Unfortunately there’s no option for 0 stars.

  It’s unfortunate to be writing a one-star review, as I don’t usually like rating places this low. I placed an online order and arrived at the scheduled pickup time, but the experience from there was disappointing. The staff spent nearly 10 minutes helping the customer ahead of me, going back and forth multiple times, which caused a delay. When it was finally my turn, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the wait. To make matters worse, the pizza I received was cold, it honestly felt like it had been sitting out for a while. The toppings were unevenly piled in the center rather than spread out, which added to the overall disappointment. I hope they consider improving their customer service, perhaps by having more staff during busy times, and ensure that food is kept warm using proper equipment like ovens or hot boxes, as seen at other locations. Based on this experience, I’m not sure I’d return.
