  My girlfriend and I came in expecting the usual quick and quality service, but instead we were met with rushed, careless treatment. One of the staff members immediately started hurrying me through my order, barely giving me time to choose what I wanted on my bowl. Because of this, my order ended up being completely wrong. When I pointed it out, his response was simply, “I already closed it,” which came off as dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, we also paid for chips and salsa that we never received. By the time we realized, we were already out, and honestly, the overall experience made it not even worth going back in to deal with it. I understand places can get busy, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers poorly or rush them to the point where orders are messed up. Good customer service means taking a few extra seconds to get things right and treating people with basic respect. This experience felt like we were just being pushed through a line rather than valued as paying customers. Definitely not the standard I expect from Chipotle, and it left a bad impression.

  Came here on a Friday evening at 6:45pm. Extremely cold inside, couple of people even waited outside so they could warm up. New location so figured it would be a good experience. Out of fajita veggies and they said they were done making them for the night, at 6:45pm and they close at 10pm. Interesting. Got home and started to eat food and food was actually cold. Which is odd considering I even had to wait for them to finish cooking the chicken al pastor. Overall, very disappointed with the temperature of the food and the fact they were out of the veggies. Most likely will not come back to this location.

  Just tried this new location close to my work and I’m so happy it’s finally here… The location is super convenient especially for a quick lunch break. I ordered a chicken burrito and it was really good! everything tasted fresh and the portion was super filling. They didn’t skimp on the ingredients which I appreciate. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Definitely going to be coming here a lot more now that it’s so close.
