I placed an order for 2 quarts of a very difficult ice cream to scoop due to its contents and she took the time to ensure she provided me with a great product and at full value. I mentioned this because I have had a problems at other locations, not receiving fully packed quarts. If the ice cream can be difficult to scoop, some employees can’t be bothered to do the right thing and just want to stop scooping as soon as possible… even if that means the customer’s order is not filled correctly. Not at the Poway location though! Sam did an amazing job and had great customer service and was very pleasant to order from And she made sure and I received a full quart! I wanted to also mention that there was a family an in front of me and Sam paid them great attention and customer service and was detailed and patient filling multiple orders for their kids. Sam is a great worker and an asset to Poway Baskin Robbins! I will be coming back here as my ‘go-to’ location now!

Does Baskin-Robbins have gluten-free options?
Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
