They were not Dicks about it, even though, they were not offering delivery. Thank You, Misty and delivery guy! Keep up the good work! You both deserve raises...$25-40/hr! - KGKatie GSep 11, 20251.0Service was HORRIBLE. My mom and I came in for dinner at 5:40pm, on a Thursday night. There were 2 customers in front of us. We did not get our food until 7:04pm. SEVERAL CUSTOMERS came ordered and went. We were not told about our food. We had to get up and ask after AN HOUR WAITING. We were then told that the calzone we ordered was made incorrectly. That our pizza WAS done but "they got kinda busy" and we had to wait another 15 minutes for our food. When they finally brought it my Pizza (which obviously could have been giving to us when it was HOT) My pizza was barley warm. The cheese was no longer gooey and hot. THIS WHOLE COMPLAINT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF THEY HAD BROUGHT ME MY PIZZA WHEN IT WAS DONE AND TOLD US TO WAIT FOR THE CALZONE. Get new management. Horrible worst Pizza factory experience EVER.

What a nugget to find 2500 miles from home! The menu is great. The service is beyond phenomenal! The food was superb! The place is a little dated and could use a few small repairs but overall its 5 star in my book!
