So we selected to come to Wendy’s. It’s been a very long time since I’ve been here. And the first thing that I got here at Wendy’s was Great 😊 customer service. They were busy but still took the time to acknowledge us. So shout out to the crew working on 2/20/26 around 8:15pm. Food was great they even informed us that their ketchup was out so gave us packets and gave us ice since machine was out of ice. Despite all those things they made an effort to give us great customer service before us even knowing those items were not going to be available to us.

I felt bad for the girl when they gave me my food I was waiting on my drink after I left flavorless lemonade and my sandwich still had tomato after the girl kept confirming no tomato and strawberry lemonade. The manager needs to get to work and help honestly
