  This used to be my favorite sandwich shop. BUT!!!!! It’s gone down in quality. Bread was hard as a rock in one side. The worst, 2 sandwiches and 2 chips = $37.00. 2 basic sandwiches and 2 half filled little bags of chips. What happened Jimmy John’s??!!!! Makes me sad too. I loved their sandos. The up side, staff is friendly. Still nice and clean inside.

  They refused to make my sandwich the way I wanted it . I ordered the Italian sub and they only request I had was please don’t toast it,and the worker Said they had to not matter what.All they had to do is not put it in the oven!!And when I called back to speak with a manager she said she was the manager.She wasn’t the manager just would let me speak to them!!!

  They refuse to make my sandwich the way I want. It's simple I didn't want my sandwich toasted. They said it's policy to toast a Italian sandwich when I didn't want it toasted. Horrible customer service.

  Very good sandwich with fresh bread, meats and toppings. Their chips are cooked in peanut oil and were so crispy and tasty. Service was quick and staff were polite and efficient. It's a little bit pricey but if that's not a concern, definitely give them a try. You won't be disappointed
