This chain has been around too long to make frequent errors that cause customers to drive back for a correction. This is always a management and corporate complacency issue that customers must address with any business. Demand that refund and escalate your complaint to corporate for the solution comensurate with your valuable time that was wasted.

The new hire seem very nervous and shaking, like she was gonna get in big trouble. He kept yelling out loud in front of customers in the restaurant, confronting her and addressing her wrongs From across the Resturant while he was on break. I asked her who was the manager and she was scared to even acknowledge that another employee said he is and so he asked how can I help you and I said yes, you made me feel very uncomfortable. Who can I speak to in regards of this? he’s like oh you can just grab the business cards After that. he asked what was wrong and I said the way you’re treating your new hire and being very unprofessional and front of customers I did let him know he can do better and he thanks a good night thinking he was cute laughing with his employees.
