  I usually never make any reviews online but today I felt like my experience at this chipotle was horrible. The customer service is poor. No one greets the customers and the environment feels so unwelcoming. 2 out of the 3 workers there looked miserable like they hate their jobs and I’m talking about David and the girl cutting the meats. The other guy cleaning was more helpful than the other two employees to be honest. I was the only one waiting in line at 2:35pm and no one helped after 5-7 minutes. David also served my food and slammed the tortillas and food like he didn’t care of the quality. Never eating here again.

  Went to Chipotle for the first time in years. Our cashier Manuel was great. He was very kind! He made our experience positive. His fellow coworker wasn't as kind spirited but Manuel's attitude made up for it.

  This Chipotle make regular mistakes in their takeaway orders. When this happens insist on a replacement and a refund. This chain has been around too long to make frequent errors that cause customers to drive back for a correction. This is always a management and corporate complacency issue that customers must address with any business. Demand that refund and escalate your complaint to corporate for the solution comensurate with your valuable time that was wasted.

  During my visit, manager was very unprofessional and Bullying the new hire along with other employees bullying.Even made me very uncomfortable. The new hire seem very nervous and shaking, like she was gonna get in big trouble. He kept yelling out loud in front of customers in the restaurant, confronting her and addressing her wrongs From across the Resturant while he was on break. I asked her who was the manager and she was scared to even acknowledge that another employee said he is and so he asked how can I help you and I said yes, you made me feel very uncomfortable. Who can I speak to in regards of this? he’s like oh you can just grab the business cards After that. he asked what was wrong and I said the way you’re treating your new hire and being very unprofessional and front of customers I did let him know he can do better and he thanks a good night thinking he was cute laughing with his employees. The visit they were sitting at the table laughing at her
