  This review is for whoever manages this location and/or upper management. You are doing your employees a disservice by allowing your location be ran the way it is. The poor employees seem overworked and stressed out by the conditions they’re working in. It seems they’re always understaffed, especially during peak business hours, and having to deal with the consequences of a poorly ran workplace. I give them grace because I know they’re just kids working a job and a lot of issues are most likely out of their control, but I can imagine how often they must get berated by impatient customers. I mean just look at the other reviews. I come here often and I can definitely give this advice—don’t bother coming during lunch hours, if you’re on a time crunch, or after 9PM. The line will be out the door, the staff with be snippy because they’re stressed, and half the food will be out. Especially after 9PM they just will often stop putting out more food. For example, last night around 9:30PM I went in and requested chips and guac and they informed me they were out of chips for the night. Not a big deal for me, I just opted to not get them. Most of the meat was also out and it didn’t appear that more was coming, again not a big deal for me because I don’t even eat meat, but I could tell the others who waited in a long line were frustrated to not get what they wanted. While I understand it was close to closing time, there was big line and people kept coming in so I can only imagine how that impacts your sales. I’ve never seen a chipotle ran so inefficiently. I think you would be doing a great service to your staff and customers by improving standards.

  Avoid the Chipotle in Porter Ranch at all costs. You’ll do nothing but waste your money on what’s supposed to be lunch. The portions are a joke—barely a quarter scoop of rice—and if you politely ask for a little more, they act annoyed like you’re asking for something unreasonable. The staff is mostly a group of unprofessional teenagers who clearly don’t care, and it shows in both the service and the portions. It’s absolutely absurd to pay today’s prices and get rations like this. Come on, Chipotle—do better. Hire people who actually care about your business and your customers. Franchise owners, step it up, because this location is an embarrassment. Easily the worst Chipotle in the Valley. Avoid it. If zero stars was an option, that would be my option.

  never place online orders! We usually go in store and order because this place will mess up because they can't read or give you less meat just because you're not there in person. There was a promotion for free double meat but app only so we took our chances. Low and behold, my bowl barely had half the portion of meat compared to when I order in person (and watch them) and my boyfriend's bowl (where we ordered double protein) had the same pathetic amount. Super stingy with their meat and the female workers there have an attitude. Doesn't feel like they want to be there, which I understand, but the lack of customer service makes the whole experience unpleasant.
