  I Came in to get the protein pocket and the lady was very rude from the start and looked like she just wanted to get the day done. We’ve all had those days so I just chalked it up to. I asked For extra cheese, she said they can’t add anything on there and I said they have plenty of times in the past and she said well we charge extra and I said I know I understand that’s OK so we get to the vegetables and I tell her no banana peppers and no tomato but can you add onion? She said we cannot change it and I said OK. What can I buy onions separately she said no we don’t charge for the vegetables and I told her so since I’m not adding banana peppers or tomato, I cannot add onion? And she said no I literally walked out without buying the wrap not just because she was rude But that is ridiculous that I could not add onion when I’m not even getting two of the other vegetables. I was even offering to pay for a container of onion. I have never had this problem here. I am so surprised she’s the manager. Definitely will not be coming back. I will travel the extra distance now for me and my family of 6.

  Companies that were once decent (like Taco Bell and Subway) have gone by the wayside. Subway has now devolved so low and the food and service are so bad it's nearly uneatable. Sour employees and just terrible food. I think this was my last time going.. life is too short for garbage food. No more.

  I go to several locations between Oxnard/Port Hueneme CA and surprisingly the Saviers/Channel Islands location has the freshest arrangements of meats and cheeses. Their produce is in perfect condition.
