    Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Subway location. I came in as a paying customer, purchased food, and was refused access to the restroom. I was told they “do not have a public bathroom.” When I explained that I was actively consuming and therefore a customer, the employee still refused, claiming they were “having problems.” That is not an acceptable excuse. If you are operating a food establishment and serving customers on-site, basic facilities should be available — especially to paying customers. Denying restroom access after taking someone’s money shows a complete lack of consideration and professionalism. Very disappointing service and poor customer treatment. I will not be returning.
