  I ordered on the papa John’s app for delivery. I called in to confirm, the automated system recognized my number and confirmed delivery. Then, after 20 mins, some lady called to tell me that I need to change my address because they don’t deliver to my address. I understand the technical issue with the app but the lady who called was extremely rude. It’s ultimately an issue with the company but didn’t take responsibility. Very snarky in her remarks. I asked for her name and she said “I don’t have to give you my name, I’m not giving it ”. I’m a business owner and I would expect someone to call me to be more apologetic. Not say, “ so what do you want to do? Change your delivery address or pick it up. I can’t help you”. There’s so much more to it all. If this is your business, I would definitely find more considerate people to work for you. It shouldn’t be difficult to find someone. My order was placed on Sunday 3/8/26 around 1-2pm.   pizza was from DoorDash. I dread my Door Dash. Why do they always pick the pepperoni off of the pizza? I don’t know maybe they get hungry I don’t know anyways by the time I called the store, they were closed already. Food service food quality is that it’s worst these days. What can we do? Just live with it

  We ordered pizza with extra jalapeños. The pizza had small portions of everything, pepperoni cheese and jalapeños. The side of boneless wings we got barely had any sauce. The wings at the bottom were covered with sauce while the ones on the top were dry.

  Pretty sad quality there. Portions are small and unappealing, not to mention burnt. Apparently the cooks haven’t been trained on oven operation or prep. Nothing looks like it’s pictured or even remotely resembles the menu. You can get better portions out of the freezer section of any grocery store. My guess is they won’t be in business long. Upon further inspection I ordered a buffalo chicken papadilla and there’s no sign of buffalo sauce or anything else for that matter unless you count the 5 pieces of chicken they put in there. This is a joke like the employees have hat work there who apparently can’t read the directions on how to make their own food.dont waste your time or money there ota not worth it.
