  The service attitude at this fast-food restaurant is absolutely terrible. When I went to the front counter to pick up my order, there wasn't a single staff member to assist me—I waited for over ten minutes, and still, no one appeared! Furthermore, I had to endure a long wait in the drive-thru lane. I clearly stated that I was there for a pickup (specifically a delivery order), and they directed me to wait at the second window of the drive-thru. However, once I reached that window, a female employee with a ponytail—displaying a very poor attitude—told me to go to the front lobby to retrieve my food instead. She claimed the lobby hadn't closed yet (though the restaurant had changed its closing hours without updating the information anywhere), and she made me wait another half-hour—even though the food was clearly ready and could have simply been handed directly to me! In the end, after all that, they sent me back to the main entrance counter to wait again—just five minutes before they were set to close! To make matters worse, one of the doors at the main entrance was already locked tight and couldn't be opened. This demonstrates a complete lack of consideration for customers and sheer laziness on their part. Not only did this waste my valuable time, but it also caused my own customers to wait an unnecessarily long time! Their attitude needs to be completely overhauled. These are the worst service staff members I have ever encountered—absolutely abysmal! Employees who are lazy and incapable of offering even a smile should be fired immediately (especially since this isn't the first time they've behaved this way). We are all absolutely furious! 😡

  The server had an absolutely terrible attitude. We were the very first ones to arrive, yet they kept making us wait until everyone else had ordered before finally letting us place our order. 😅😅😅😅😅

  Mala experiencia pedí dos mc crispy deluxe tardaron como 10 min en darme mi pedido y me dieron unas papas de cortesía por el tiempo pero el pollo supongo que por andar a la carrera lo sacaron crudo estoy seguro que no lo frieron lo sufiencte sean mas conscientes por favor pueden enfermar a alguien de salmonella

  Absolutely horrendous McDonald's to experience ordering from. They have machines that you order from now so the front of the store is never monitored. Guests left waiting for 10 plus minutes to pay for food or get help with an issue. I've never seen such a poorly run McDonald's in my life.
