  The young lady working the register #5 was beyond rude. She wasn't even bothered to look up or say a word. She charged me something that wasn't even mine. She didn't ask if I wanted to buy any bags. She was so miserable with herself. She then began to smile and laugh when I reported her. I understand working in customer service is tough take the day off use your PTO she is doing a disservice to her self in the community of she can't even be bother to look up or be sure she is ringing up the proper items.

  The meat counter employess treat black people as second rate citizens. Always with a attitude and never seems as if they want to help you. I ask for a meat item and was told there was none my latino friend went into the store and came out with the meat because he was latino. I am Black. I am tired of being treated this way I talk to the manager Louie and told him the man at the counter said No we dont none, I told Louie the manager and he went and picked up the meat I wanted in the freezer. I had to wait in the store for additinal 15 minutes. I decided to go back there and get it myself. This cause me to become angry and upset because it happens all the time to me and I know other black people at this store located 3180 N Pomona Ca 91767. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB this has to stop. And to the big wigs talk to your meat counter and inform them this form of Racism Must Stop. Everbody deserve to be treated with respect especially if they are patronizing your business.

  Un lugar de muy mala calidad, soy un cliente muy frecuente, compré frijol y me salieron con animales, cuando compré carne para hacer una caldo, me dieron puros cueros y hueso, no se vale que jueguen de esa manera y hagan perder mi tiempo y mi dinero y aparte tengo que tirar todo lo que prepare

  Great place, some items are lower than competitors some are not. You should add this place , because they have a large selection of products. Food court is Okay. I am very picky, it doesn't work for me. However the prices cant be beat, when I'm in rush a grab a plate or sandwich. They have fried foods, sometimes I don't want to cook. So I get hot foods as well. Its not the best, but I think most people will enjoy it. I want hand made tortillas and expect the hotest chili sauce. To me the food court, is more like Mexican food for the American palette.

  Do the math, they are a bigger Mexican grocery store, an I wanted Mexican, products. Very good grocery chain.....
