So, when I arranged for someone to pick up the order in La Verne the order was obviously not there but was at the Pomona location. It caused a major disruption of birthday plans. I worked with an employee by the name of Cindy in Pomona. She was great. She represented Pizza Hut in an outstanding manner! She was professional, courteous, and patient. I give 5 stars for her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Cindy!
