I'm loyal customer so loyal I have another location they are the best 💯 Pomona pollo loco rio rancho customer service awful for the reason being not allowed 🚫 to give side orders in cups when customer requests, over no star in these location the franchise corporate needs to retrain these manager on good customer satisfaction 😉
- MKmia kDec 5, 20255.0extremely nice staff and quick service. this place is wayyyy nicer inside than it seems. lots of businesses around, nice area and clean interior. i ordered the chipotle guac burrito combo. burrito was perfection but the chips were a littttle stale and cold. churros were amazing. i was here december 5 @12pm. shoutout to the nice lady w the glasses :)
