While usually the service is really good. I bought two double tostada salads and received no dressing, no utensils and no salsa. Very careless. Not sure what’s happening.

The food is ok, chicken is dry. The assistant manager, rebecca martinez, tried to charge me for something that is normally free. What a shame. Don't know is she is trying for most pathetic manager of the month, but sure has my vote.

Cane to stop by get a pollo bowl.
Why is it when you order one in the evening it tastes very awful. The worst experience is the aftertaste that lasts till the next morning. This makes me not want to eat or buy at any pollo loco. Not authentic Mexican food tastes like more like chicano food flavor. The street taco guy down the street has better well made food flavor that you enjoy on your hard earned money.
