  This has got to be worst pollo loco/fast food place in Pomona. The last 4 times I've tried to buy dinner here, they have been completely out of chicken! One time I got to the drive thru and the guy taking orders said "welcome to Pollo Loco, what I can I get you?" I proceed to order my neal when he says "uuhhh we don't have any chicken right now, is that alright?" What do you mean is that alright?! How would that be alright? Then another time coming home from visiting my husband in the hospital I was going to stop and get dinner, the whole place was completely closed! It was still early, during business hours. There was no sign or anything explaining why it was closed. My husband has also tried picking up dinner here and every time, there's no chicken. How is that possible? Just shut the place down already. Go to the pollo loco on Rio Rancho Rd. Or the one in Laverne.

  This pollo loco sucks so bad. I've gone 5 times at different times of the day to try to get a meal and every single time theres a wait on the chicken? How can a place that's whole stick is selling chicken can have a wait time of 20 mins for chicken when there's literally not that much traffic in that location. If you live near it you're better off making the drive to the one next to winco. If this is a daily occurrence they should just shut this place down because it's ridiculous

  The restaurant literally smelled like feces, which is already unacceptable, but what made it worse was watching the head chef handle food without gloves—removing chicken from the grill and chopping it from multiple angles completely barehanded. That’s a serious hygiene issue and basic food safety violation. When I brought it up and asked for a refund, the manager refused to give me a full refund despite the conditions. No accountability, no urgency to fix anything. Customer service and cleanliness are the bare minimum in food service, and this location failed on both. I won’t be returning.

  Nunca hago comentarios, pero en una ocasión fui a este local y literal había un olor horrible..... literal es el peor pollo loco que e visitado

  Good food for a fast food restaurant. Prices are high, $35 for lunch for 2. They need to offer more salsa/hot sauce choices. Salsa should be able to serve yourself instead of asking for it. Not enough drink choices. Nothing that's sugarfree/caffeine free. I would come more often if the prices were more reasonable.
