My wife gave the clerk 50 dollars for buying 19 dollars of food . The clerk gave her 1 dollar back in change . My wife said to her that's not right . The clerk said , oh . and gave her the correct amount back . , The clerk said ,she thought the 1 dollar was a 20 . . Just because my wife is a phillipino , , they can fool her .

Not all, some are friendly, but often enough to make shopping there regularly an uncomfortable experience. Not a hello, smile or even eye contact. Pollock pines has a lot of small town charm, but don't look for it at this Safeway.

One cashier , instead of fixing my 1 dollar difference price , she went out of her way to go to the isle where the product was , fix it up and then take a photo of it using her phone just to show it was wrong , that's disgusting customer service, I've worked retail for 30 years , never been treated like that or treated a customer like that . Also one of the Starbucks Baristas treats her customers like an inconvenience, I too have worked at Starbucks and that was disappointing
