  Probably the worse taco bell in the whole of the USA. Terrible service. Slowest ever. Took forever to get our food. Workers move like sloths. Unhelpful with any inquiries. You can see in their eyes how much they hate working here.

  I came to this location 11/28/25 in the early evening. I did my order on the self serve kiosk and my food took about 12 minutes to be prepared. I ordered extra meat on my Mexican Pizza and unfortunately they just take your money and don’t honor what you paid extra for. I’ve noticed this happening on multiple occasions at this location. Not much interaction with staff as they didn’t talk. My taco barely had any cheese but a whole bunch of lettuce. The presentation of the taco just wasn’t good and the shell was stale. It was just slapped together and that says a lot about the workers who prepared the food. The men’s restroom was gross with a huge unflushed turd sitting in toilet I mean just gross as staff was not checking the restroom for cleanliness. This location needs some staff training on food prep and a lead or a manager that does rounds checking the restrooms etc. This location is not one of my favorites at all. The other reviews are low from others who have patronized this location. I won’t return.

  Terrible staff, absolutely disgusting listening to a whiny employee complain they had to work while making my order. Every time I go through here they've messed up something to one degree or another whether missing an item or just completely disregarding the custom order. Went and got a grilled cheese flaming hot burrito and the rice wasnt even cooked at all! I took one bite and it was practically eating rocks. They seriously need to purge the workers who man this location. They all sound angry and frustrated and obviously dont want to be there. Either get new workers or just shut this place down, the workers obviously dont care.

  Horrible customer service, went through the drive through and the employee taking orders was incredibly rude. Would give this place a zero if I could.
