Lucy, who is the manager of the local Safeway went above and beyond to help me when my delivery was left somewhere out in the pouring rain on New Year's Eve. After a week of calling support through the online site, I got through to Lucy at the local store. She had helped me once before and knows that I rely on Safeway delivery for food items as I do not currently have a car and am on a fixed income. Not only is she currently working on my refund, she sent me food without charge to tide me over. I cannot recommend her enough, and hope that her supervisors see this and reward her for really going above and beyond. Thank you so much Lucy!
