  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed an online order and went in to pick it up around 11:46 PM on March 6, and the customer service at the front was extremely unprofessional. The two girls working at the front cashier were openly cussing and speaking rudely the entire time I was waiting, which made the environment uncomfortable and unprofessional. On top of that, I was never greeted when I arrived. What made the experience worse was that I felt pressured to fill out a survey just to get additional ranch for my order, which felt inappropriate and unnecessary. Customers shouldn’t feel forced to complete surveys just to receive something as simple as ranch. I spent $46.58 for two combos, and for that price I expected basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below that standard. I hope management reviews the customer service at this location and addresses the behavior of the staff because this was a very poor experience.

  Went to order , guy behind counter needed some to translate to me that cashier was on break and I had to wait 10-15 minutes to order, she finally came back and placed order and she tells me can’t take cash.

  ended up canceling my order. after an hour placing my order food is still not ready.

  Horrible service, food was cold. Placed an order for carry out to have it done for when we sat down to dine in, came in after 7:29 when the estimate time was. Staff told me it would be a few more minutes, waited 15 minutes, got up to get in line to ask about my order and a girl was huddled up between the freezer on her phone while another staff was hovered around her while they both laughed and watched videos. I stood there for a few minutes while 2 other staff members didn’t acknowledge me and let these kids continue to sit on their phone and laugh. A 5th staff member came from the back and helped me get my order and we sat down to eat and all our food was cold. No one told us our meal was done even after confirming we were there for the order. We couldn’t eat the cold food so we decided to take it home and warm it up, as we walked out the girl was still huddled in that area surrounded by 2 other staff members giggling and joking while 2 other staff members just sat by and let this happen in a work environment on the clock. Couldn’t be more disappointed in this place.
