Well the recipient was unable to use it because it was missing the pin number. I think it was not to be sold, but it went through and I lost my receipt proving this. Ann marie was able to pull up my receipt and with much work and patience she was able to get the credit and send me happily on my way. The gift was given back to the recipient and life goes on. She had a busy day with many people needing her. But she took care of everybody. Thank you again Ann Marie!!!

I placed an order online for customized cake one week before my pick up date, my order was received and accepted by the store and I was notified via email and text. But on the day of my pick up, the cake that I ordered was not made. I was left with no choice but to pick a cake from the shelf for my son’s birthday. This department needs to work on checking their orders, either in person or online. It seems like they are more focused on in person orders and forgetting that they also get online orders.
